“Skins”

In Skins, digital 3D models are translated into physical acrylic sculptures by flattening their meshes and textures, then manually thermo-forming them back into shape. The results are uncanny, translucent shells—suggestive of organic life but hollow—evoking a nostalgic, idealized vision of nature filtered through digital memory.
